Innovative engineering services for almost four decades

ZSI Zertz + Scheid Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG was founded in Gummersbach on 1st April 1972. The aim was to establish a company that was to become an expert partner for qualified engineering services to industry throughout Germany.

Successful business activities led to expansion to further German locations. The nationwide dispersal of locations is a clear indication of the company’s philosophy of customer focus.

In 1985, this led to ZSI Zertz + Scheid Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH being founded in Nuremberg, which changed its name to ZSI technology GmbH in 2010. This reorganisation has not affected our permanent cross-company cooperation.

By planning ZSI locations across regional and technical boundaries, we are able to focus ZSI capacities according to on-site requirements.

The ZSI range of services includes tailor-made customer-oriented engineering services in the fields of special machine and plant construction, electrical engineering, automation and control technology, electronics and technical project management. Order processing depends on our customers’ project-specific requirements and specifications and is performed within the context of service/plant contracts.
The most important technical service areas are consolidated at ZSI: Plant engineering and product development.
